Return & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Lewis Cho Online purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Customers are fully responsible for all freight charges. Please allow seven business days to process your request and refund your credit card. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. Most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
How to make a Return or Exchange
For all exchanges or refunds please email email@example.com. Please tell us the item or items you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request. All customers must send their return/exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon approval of your request we will immediately email you a Return Authorization Number. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of your box and include your original packing slip inside.
We must receive your package within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.
